"Style Star of the Year...Are you serious?"

Seventeen Magazine just released their choices for Style Stars of the Year. Honestly out of the 17 girls chosen only 2 surprised me; and those two females are Lil Mama & Avril Lavigne. I'm sorry if I offended any fans but come on.....*straight face*. Neither one of them has really put on anything remotely considered chic. My two thumbs up go to Ri-Ri, the Olsen twins, Fergie, Hayden Panettierre, Lauren Conrad, and of course the #1 style star according to Seventeen Magazine and the style conscience world; Queen "B".
